COTTONWOOD RIVER CANOE TRIP IS CANCELLED DUE TO A UNREPAIRED LAUNCH SITE SOUTH ESSIG THAT IS NOT SAFE.
REDWOOD RIVER CANOE TRIP - STAY TUNED WE ARE MONITORING THE START OF CONSTRUCTION FOR LAKE REDWOOD RECLAMATION DREDGING. IT MAY BE POSSIBLE TO DO A TRIP IN 2021. WE WILL FOLLOW COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS.

RCRCA Annual Canoe Trips
Anyone interested in participating in the RCRCA Annual Canoe trips should contact the RCRCA offices and sign-up (even if you have your own canoe). You should also download and/or print off a copy of the "Informational Flyer" located below, as well as printing out a copy of the map for your selected trip(s).
Liability waivers must be signed for each participant. You may print, sign and bring a liability form with you to the event or sign a form at the event. Minors under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign off on their waiver & thus should print and bring a signed form with them, unless a parent or guardian will be present to sign a waiver prior to the start of the trip.
RCRCA will be hosting our 2019 annual canoe trips down the Redwood and Cottonwood Rivers the third week of June. Please come join us for a good time.
Cottonwood Canoe Trip - Tuesday - June 18, 2019.
We will meet south of Essig at the Cottonowwd river canoe access on County Road 11 and canoe into Flandrau State Park, New Ulm.

Redwood River Canoe Trip -Thursday - June 20, 2019.
We will meet at Perk's Park on Lake Redwood and bus up to the starting point, where the Redwood River crosses CR-6, and canoe to Redwood Lake in Redwood Falls.
