Canby Group 1
Canby Group 1 students are working on rebuilding the stream table for the next class. Each student gets an opportunity for hands on time.

Adrian Group 1
Adrian Group 1 - students are showing off their new backpacks and laynards. RCRCA has a card game to determine winners of prizes. This year they gave backpacks or lanyards to the winners.

Minneota Group 3
Minneota Group 3 - the students were lucky when they arrived early and this was the last session for both of us. They asked to build a dam in the stream table after their session. So, the students built a dam and watched it fill up with water. Intently watching for the dam to fail, the excitement on their faces in anticipation

Heron Lake Group 2 - Shawn Wohnoutka, RCRCA GIS/Outreach Technician, asked the students to find the 4 potential sources of pollution and 2 sources to protect our water.

Luverne Group 3
Luverne Group 3 - the students are working together to make a river in the stream table. Setting toys on the very edge of the river, that will ultimately tumble into the river when erosion begins to happen.

Marshall Group 2 - students strategically setting all the toys along the edge of the river, so that they will fall in the river when the banks collapse

Luverne Group 1
Luverne Group 1 - students are excited as the banks start to collapse. They really like to see the school bus fall into the river. Fire trucks, livestock and the bridge are also favorites.
